Payment Policy

Once we receive your request, we will attempt to schedule your private training on the date and time requested. If we are not available for that date or time, we will attempt to schedule the training on your alternate date. Once a private class for you is scheduled, we will contact you by email to confirm our availability and request payment in advance. We will accept the following payment methods for private training sessions:

Personal Check - Send us a personal check to guarantee your training session. We will deposit the check upon receipt. Checks must be received at least ten (10) days before your scheduled training date.

Credit Card - Submit your Mastercard or Visa information and we will charge your card to guarantee your class.

Bank Check/Money Order - Send us a bank check or money order to guarantee your training session. We will deposit the check upon receipt. These payments must be received at least ten (10) days before your scheduled training date.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel a training session you have already paid for, the following terms and charges apply:

Seven (7) or more days in Advance - We can reschedule another date, or issue a refund. If you paid by check or money order, we will refund your payment less a $10.00 service fee. If you paid by credit card we will refund your payment less a $20.00 service fee.

Three (3) - Six (6) days in Advance - We can reschedule another date, or issue a refund. If you paid by check or money order, we will refund your payment less a $210.00 service fee. If you paid by credit card we will refund your payment less a $220.00 service fee.

Less than three (3) days in Advance - We can reschedule another date. No refunds can be issued.
